Security Awareness Pillar

I had been working on concepting and editing a series of posts on cyber security. Because each of the posts required heavy editing on my part to smooth them out and help them connect more with the audience, I felt knowledgeable enough about the topic to take on writing the pillar post that would link back to these posts.

At the end of the series, I scanned all the cyber security posts we published and any related posts and started building a basic argument for the page, focusing on the need, pain, and solution. Then, I used each of the previously written cyber security posts as fuel for the various sections of the pillar page. Because the page was intended as a guide, I used the imperative tense to inspire the audience to action throughout the post and in the CTA at the end.

The completed final version was published on the client’s site as a child page of the main Resources menu.
