Companies often have experts who are responsible for certain processes, but they never document those processes or that person’s knowledge. If the person leaves the company, that knowledge is lost and has to be reinvented.
My client wanted to avoid that situation by having someone document the administrator’s role for his company’s Commerce Admin app. I met with the subject matter expert, recorded our conversation, and wrote the steps into a guide (see the following PDF). The expert I worked with captured all the application windows and sent them to integrate into the draft.
